RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make any returns. After that period, unfortunately we cannot offer you any refunds.
You are responsible for any shipping costs that may be incurred during the return. Refunds are made for the amount of the returned product; shipping costs (if applicable) are not eligible for refund.
To be eligible to return any item, it must be unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered. The original packaging must be kept in perfect condition.
To initiate a return, you must do so through the customer area, selecting your order and clicking on the "Request return" option. Indicate the items and quantities to be returned. Once we receive the request, it will be reviewed and you will receive an email with the return instructions.
Any shipment that has not been previously authorized for return will be rejected upon arrival at our facilities.
Items that do not accept returns:
-Gift Cards
-Digital Downloadable Products
-Hidden or Surprise Collectibles type products (For example: Surprise stickers or sticks in sealed envelopes) that have been opened or manipulated to reveal their contents.
-Intimate Area Protection Products: Shells, pelvic protectors, etc.
-Customized products: those that have been screen printed or marked at the customer's request. Returns are also not accepted if they have been sharpened and/or thermoformed at the customer's request.
To make any return, a valid invoice or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not return any product directly to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where partial returns will be accepted (only if they are first accepted by MadHockey):
-Products with missing parts or damaged due to causes beyond MadHockey's control.
-Products returned more than 30 days after the date of purchase.
Refund (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you by email that the product has been received in our warehouses. We will also notify you if the return of the product has been approved. If approved, we will refund the amount of the product to the payment method used. It may take several days depending on your bank.
Delays in returns (if applicable)
If you think there may be a delay in the refund of your purchase amount, you should first check your bank account.
Please contact your bank, the process may take a few days to complete and the money will not be available until then.

Sale/Clearance Items (if applicable)
In some cases, products on offer or return cannot be returned, in any case this will be stated in their description.
Changes
We do not exchange sizes, only returns. Once the item has been received, the order will be refunded under the conditions detailed above. If you need another size or product, you will have to place a new order.

For products over 75€ we recommend insuring the shipment. We are not responsible for the product being received or for it being damaged in transit. If the product is damaged, it will be rejected.
