Within mainland Spain you have free shipping available from €99*
*Some heavy, bulky products or with special treatments for shipping, may have special supplements that will be detailed in that section and on the product itself. These products may not benefit from free shipping even if your order is classified for it for the amount, in any case it will be informed before payment.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination of the merchandise. All estimated times are made in working days and are counted from the collection of the merchandise by the agency, you can check them in the shipping section before finalizing the purchase.
Some shipments with several packages, especially if they contain Sticks or products with a high volumetric weight, could be delivered in several shipments, before opening an incident, please wait 48 hours for delivery.
Except for force majeure, collections are made from Monday to Friday and the cut-off time for delivery on the same day will be 12:00.
Only orders that have been paid will be sent, in case of payment by bank transfer, it will be considered Paid when the amount has been reflected in our account, so it could take several days. If the form of Payment is by Financing, the financial company will provide us with the date on which the payment is made, normally instantly if the necessary documents have been provided.
You will receive an email with your tracking number and you will be able to check the status of your shipment, as well as modify it through the agency in case you want another nearby address or pick it up at a specific point of the agency, or postpone the delivery.

Once the merchandise has been shipped, the shipment CANNOT be cancelled.
If you receive a shipment with breakage or damage to the packaging or items, you must state it on the carrier's delivery note and notify MADHOCKEY in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Do not throw away the packaging, as photographs of the delivery status will be required. If you do not state the damage detected at the time of delivery, MADHOCKEY and the transport agency will understand that the damage occurred after delivery.
