CCM JETSPEED FT4 PRO Int. ICE HOCKEY SKATES

New for 2021 are the CCM Jetspeed FT4 Pro hockey skates! This year, CCM is going all out with its highly advanced one-piece SPEED boot technology and all-new fit system, giving players a skate designed to fit exactly the shape of their foot with a boot designed to pure acceleration.

CCM knows that every player's feet are unique and with this in mind, they offer a new fit system that allows you to get the CCM fit that best suits your foot. Choose from Tapered, Regular or Wide and get the fit that will best help you achieve maximum performance.

Jumping straight into the boot of the Jetspeed FT4 Pro, CCM has opted for a new, highly advanced one-piece SPEED boot technology. This boot is all about performance, acceleration and lightness. Designed without a sole, without seams and without glue in high energy transfer areas. Players will get more direct energy transfer and a tighter fit for faster strides. Also new is the asymmetric toe that will improve fit and comfort in the toe area. The one-piece SPEED boot is constructed from CCM's RFM composite material. This NHL caliber material is not only extremely lightweight, but also features elite levels of protection and durability. With a stiffness performance rating of 195, this rigid, thermoformable core will help players generate maximum skating performance.

While the Jetspeed FT4 Pro will maintain its popular Metatomic tongue, new this year will be the ability to customize your tongue with the new XS tongue system. The replaceable multi-layer tongue with 7mm felt and an asymmetrical flex point will better conform to the shape of your foot while offering advanced protection against lace bites. And whether you prefer a thinner or thicker tongue, the XS system allows for easy tongue replacement, giving you a customizable fit right out of the box.

On the inside of the skates, the Jetspeed FT4 Pro hockey skates feature the best of CCM: the TotalDri Pro+ liner. This lightweight material helps wick away moisture, helping to keep your feet dry and your skates light. For durability purposes, the liner will have superior protection in the highest wear areas inside the boot and will offer great comfort for your foot.

Continuing the comfort aspect of the Jetspeed FT4 Pro, CCM again incorporated their injected soft contour Pro cushioning around the collar of the boot, providing increased durability and superior foot and ankle comfort. This is combined with multi-density memory foam in the ankle that anatomically wraps around the foot for a custom fit. Lastly, CCM includes a molded Ortholite Ultralite footbed for superior foot comfort and support.

Moving on to the bottom half of the Jetspeed FT4 Pro hockey skates, CCM continues with their SpeedBlade XS upper bracket! These holders were developed as a quick and easy way to replace blades on the fly, while ensuring consistent feel and performance every time. The holders feature a positive locking mechanism that firmly secures the blade to the holder to prevent the blade from loosening during play. The constantly secured blade maximizes energy transfer from boot to stand and from stand to blade with every stride.

Along with the new SpeedBlade XS mount are the STEP Blacksteel guides (+4mm)! These guides are made from the highest quality steel with carbon coated technology for superior edge hardness and phenomenal glide.
