New for 2022, CCM is revamping its Inline protection tacks. Backed by science, Tacks protection has been tested and validated in the renowned CCM laboratory to ensure quality and functionality. With updates to design, protection and comfort, the CCM Tacks AS-V Pro Youth Hockey Elbow Pads are designed to offer maximum protection and improve mobility.
Starting on top of the Tacks AS-V Pro Elbow Guards, CCM opted for a poly-foam articulated bicep. This construction provides players with great comfort and protection in the bicep area.
Just below the bicep protection is the JDP reinforced elbow guard. This lightweight, professional-grade construction helps disperse the force of direct impacts away from the elbow joints. Additionally, CCM incorporated their highly regarded D30 Smart Material to help absorb impact and shock into a hard shell construction to give young players elite-level protection.
CCM's Dual Strap Adjustment System keeps everything in place on the Tacks AS-V Pro Elbow Guards. This system has a maximized Velcro landing zone and keeps the elbow guards securely in place and offers maximum protection.
