Cost:
You can check shipping costs on the shopping cart page by entering your zip code or by continuing on the payment screen to the shipping section.
Within mainland Spain you have free shipping available for orders over €99*
*Some heavy, bulky products or those with special shipping treatments may have special supplements that will be detailed in that section and on the product itself. These products may not benefit from free shipping costs even if your order is classified for this due to the amount. In any case, you will be informed before payment.
Delivery times:
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination of the goods. All estimated times are made in working days and are counted from the time the goods are collected by the agency. You can consult them in the shipping section before finalizing the purchase.
Some shipments with several packages, especially if they contain Sticks or products with a high volumetric weight, could be delivered in several shipments. Before opening a ticket, please wait 48 hours for delivery.
Except for cases of force majeure, collections are made from Monday to Friday and the cut-off time for same-day delivery is 12:00 p.m.
Only orders that have been paid for will be shipped. In the case of payment by bank transfer, it will be considered Paid when the amount has been reflected in our account, so it could take several days. If the payment method is by Financing, the financial institution will provide us with the date on which the payment is made effective, normally instantly if the necessary documents have been provided.
You will receive an email with your tracking number and you will be able to check the status of your shipment, as well as modify it through the agency in case you want another nearby address or pick it up at a specific point of the agency, or postpone the delivery.

Once the merchandise has been shipped, the shipment CANNOT be cancelled.
If you receive a shipment with broken or damaged packaging or items, you must state this on the carrier's delivery note and notify MADHOCKEY in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Do not throw away the packaging, as you will be asked for photographs of the state of delivery. If you do not state the damage detected at the time of delivery, MADHOCKEY and the transport agency will assume that the damage occurred after delivery.
