Description
Starting with the axle composition, the Ribcor Trigger 7 continues to use high performance Advanced Carbon Matrix technology combined with the sigmatex extended tow. Specifically designed with players' clubs in mind, Sigmatex's new carbon weave improves on the durability and strength of the previous generation, while allowing for a lighter, more balanced stick.
For the Ribcor Trigger 7 shaft design, CCM maintains its popular shaft E-Geometry. This advanced ergonomic construction was designed by the CCM Performance Lab in collaboration with some of the best hockey players in the world. It is designed to offer perfect energy transfer to maximize release speed. Starting at the top of the shaft, you'll find a rounded concave design that allows for advanced comfort and control. As you move toward the midshaft, you'll find a rounded convex back paired with a square-cornered concave front, maximizing dexterity and control.
Working in conjunction with the axis E-Geometry, the Trigger 7 will also use the Skeleton+ axis taper. This redesigned cone is a new manufacturing technology that will provide increased reliability and durability in this crucial area of the club. This will allow for better consistency and faster release at those key moments in the game.
To achieve the ultra-fast release of the Ribcor Trigger 7, CCM is using an optimized low kick that features a smooth tapered area and optimal vertical flex. Coupled with its unique skeleton+ taper design, this kick point maximizes load while driving that lightning-quick release.
Moving on to the Ribcor Trigger 7 blade, CCM opts for an agility blade with peel-ply technology. This enhanced agility blade takes stick handling and feel to the next level without compromising launch speed.

Tube geometry shown is for pro models. Depending on the model chosen, it may change, for example the V geometry is exclusive to the AS-V PRO model and is not available for other models.
Type of Blade Curves
Choose the curve according to your personal preferences. If you are not clear about this option, we recommend you start with a P29 curve, which is the standard and one of the most used by players.
