A2.5 is a completely new LITECORE design, the lightest board CCM has ever produced. But don't let the weight fool you, the LITECORE material is also designed to produce the most powerful returns ever. On the sidewall, the CCM has retained the true untethered design to make the A2.5 even more durable. At the fingers, CCM has retained the curved toe guard design that was so popular on the original Axis and improved on it by combining it with a stiff sidewall for strength and impact protection. The LD foam wrap around the fingers also returns to offer complete protection for all fingers. On the rear cuff, CCM introduces the new FlexMotion2, which has strategic segmentation and adjustability to provide a personal fit. The palm has a reinforced Nash palm, designed for maximum comfort and feel.
