RETURNS

You have 30 days for any return from the date of purchase. After that period, unfortunately we cannot offer you any refund.

You are responsible for the shipping costs that may be incurred in the return. Refunds are made of the amount of the returned product, shipping costs (if any) do not admit refund.

In order to return any item it must be unused and in the same condition in which it was delivered. You must keep the original packaging in perfect condition.

To initiate a return you must contact us by email (by replying directly to the confirmation email) or through our web form. Indicating the items and quantities to be returned. Once we receive the mail, we will authorize the return and we will provide you with the instructions to send it to you.

Any shipment that has not been previously authorized for return will be rejected upon arrival at our facilities.

Items that do not admit return:
-Gift Cards
-Digital Downloadable Products
-Protection Products for Intimate Areas: Shells, pelvic protectors, ect.
-Customized products: that have been silk-screened or marked at the request of the client. Nor do they admit return if they have been sharpened and/or thermoformed at the request of the client.

To make any return, a valid invoice or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not return any product directly to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where partial returns will be accepted (only if they are accepted by MadHockey first):
-Products in which parts are missing or damaged for reasons beyond MadHockey's control.
-Products that are returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase.

Money back (if applicable)
Once the product to be returned has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email that the product has been received in our warehouses. We will also notify you if the return of the product has been approved. If it is approved, we will refund the amount of the product in the payment method that was used. It may take several days depending on your bank.

Delays in returns (if applicable)
If you believe that there may be a delay in the return of your purchase amount, you should first check your bank account.
Contact your bank, the process may take a few days to complete and until then the money will not be available.

Sale/Clearance Items (if applicable)
In some cases the offer or return products cannot be returned, in any case it will be notified in its description of this.

Changes
We do not make changes in size, only returns. Once the item is received, the order will be refunded under the conditions detailed above. If you need another size or product, you must place a new order.

For products over €75 we recommend insuring the shipment. We are not responsible for the fact that we are going to receive the product, or that it could be damaged in transit. In case of damage, the product will be rejected.
