RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item. After that period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you any refunds.
You are responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds are issued for the price of the returned product only; shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, any item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered. The original packaging must be kept in perfect condition.
To initiate a return, you must do so through the customer area at the following link. https://account.madhockey.eu To request a return, select your order and click on the "Request a Return" option. Indicate the items and quantities to be returned. Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed, and you will receive an email with return instructions.
Any shipment that has not been previously authorized for return will be rejected upon arrival at our facilities.
Items that are not eligible for return:
-Gift Cards
-Digital Downloadable Products
-Hidden or Surprise Collectible Products (For example: Surprise cards or sticks in sealed envelopes) that have been opened or manipulated to reveal their contents.
-Intimate Area Protection Products: Groin protectors, pelvic protectors, etc.
-Customized products: those that have been screen-printed or marked at the customer's request. Returns are also not accepted if they have been sharpened and/or thermoformed at the customer's request.
To make any return, a valid invoice or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not return any products directly to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where partial refunds will be accepted (only if these are accepted first by MadHockey):
-Products that are missing parts or damaged due to causes beyond MadHockey's control.
-Products that are returned more than 30 days after the purchase date.
Refund of money (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the product you wish to return, we will notify you by email that it has arrived at our warehouse. We will also notify you if the return has been approved. If approved, we will refund the product price to your original payment method. This may take several days depending on your bank.
Delays in returns (if applicable)
If you believe there may be a delay in receiving your refund, you should first check your bank account.
Contact your bank; the process may take a few days to complete, and the money will not be available until then.

Sale/Clearance Items (if applicable)
In some cases, sale or return items cannot be returned; in any case, this will be indicated in their description.
Changes
We do not offer size exchanges, only returns. Once we receive the item, your order will be refunded under the conditions detailed above. If you need a different size or product, you will need to place a new order.
You are responsible for any shipping costs that may be incurred. Refunds are issued for the price of the product only, excluding shipping costs.
For products over €75, we recommend insuring the shipment. We are not responsible for whether we will receive the product or if it is damaged in transit. If the product arrives damaged, it will be refused.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel the order from your customer account using the following link https://account.madhockey.eu
Once the cancellation is requested, preparation will be paused and our team will review and approve the cancellation.
Items that are non-refundable:
-Gift Cards
-Digital Downloadable Products
-Customized products: Those that have been screen-printed or marked at the customer's request. They are also not eligible for return if they have been sharpened and/or thermoformed at the customer's request. Customization of items may begin before the order has been marked as prepared and/or ready for shipment; therefore, once the order is completed, it cannot be canceled.
If the order has finished being prepared, cancellation will no longer be possible and the delivery process will have started.
To return your order once it has been delivered, please refer to the Returns section and/or request a refund through your customer account.
