What do you need to postpone your purchase?

You only need your ID, mobile number and card to make the purchase.

How does it work?

Buy at MADHOCKEY by selecting as a method of payment at the end of your purchase. The SeQura system will then open and you will only have to choose the number of installments, enter your personal data and pay the first installment. No paperwork! You only need your DNI/NIE and mobile. The rest of the payments will be made each month automatically on your card.

Each month they will send you a receipt by email or they will inform you if for any reason it has not been possible to collect so that you can solve it.

How much does it cost? Is there interest?

There are no interests. The TIN is 0%. There is only one fixed cost per fee depending on the amount of the order. For example, if you choose to pay for an order of €200 in 3 months, you would pay €69.60 per month (only €3* per month for fee).

* The amount per installment varies according to the amount and you will always find it visible and clear in the payment process.

Can I advance or amortize my Fractional Payment plan?

You can advance the payment whenever you want, without restrictions or extra costs. All changes are free, without penalties. If your plan has fixed monthly costs, you save them when you advance more than one installment!

Enter your account in SeQura and select the plan you want to end to find the "Amortize plan" option, where you can complete all the remaining payment by paying by card, bank transfer or account deposit.

Can I return the order once the first installment has been paid and get my money back?

Contact us so we can manage the return. Once the refund has been processed correctly, we will proceed to refund the amount to the same card that you used to pay the first installment.

In the event that you make an item change or a partial return, instead of making a refund, the remaining installments will be readjusted to the new amount and to the new amount of the order.

How will I know when I have to pay each installment?

You don't need to worry about a thing, every month (on the same day of the month you made the purchase) an automatic charge will be made to the card you used to pay the first installment. And as always, you will receive an email with the confirmation of this operation.
