Guards Goalkeeper Guide
1. Measure the distance from the floor barefoot to the middle of the kneecap, with the leg slightly bent.
2. Measure the user's height.
3. Compare the measurements with those provided in the table.
4. Choose the top inches based on your personal preference or with the help of your trainer.
